O God, you perfectly challenge our priests to step outside of their personal desires and comforts, blessing them with lessons to keep them strong and focused on their complete reliance upon you.

With divine wisdom, you allow obstacles, work, and difficulties that can test our priests’ commitments and faith. During such times Lord, walk beside them, carrying those for whom the burden seems too great. Restore the fire of faith that burned so brightly when [Fr. N] made his vows to you. Reassure him with your loving presence that whatever he is tasked to complete, you are with him every moment.
